Institute of the North (ION) started contracting with EBO in 2020 to provide webinar training facilitation services. This unique support area has evolved through nearly two years of refining the webinar preparation process. When ION needed a competent, tech-savvy, and responsive team to manage their virtual trainings, EBO stepped up to the plate and has continued providing webinar support into 2022.
