The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH) connected with the EBO team for the purpose of providing operational support to develop materials and systems and serving as their Board liaison. This opportunity aligned perfectly with EBO’s service capacity and skill sets.

The needs of the Coalition are unique and require not only a detailed eye, but the ability to adapt to moving deadlines. EBO ensures these needs are met and aims to respond as quickly as possible to their requests, within reason.
Outcomes That Matter
ACEH has seen a mostly seamless transition from their previous Board liaison contractor to EBO taking on this role. We have worked hard to instill confidence in the ACEH staff that the Board of Directors needs are met properly. Additionally, our work on internal operations pieces has helped the ACEH Executive Team to fulfill other mission-centric tasks that require their expertise.
