We initially created an agile communication system that responds to a dynamic and ever-increasing workload. As operations have expanded, EBO centralized administrative operations by onboarding an Office Manager. Additionally, EBO has provided HR support including development of onboarding processes, screening applicants, and managing documentation/records.
